Pick up from your hotel in Amman.
You will be taken to the ancient city of Jerash, one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns of the world.
Walk around the vivid remnants of past civilizations.
These include the 2nd-century Hadrian’s Arch, the Corinthian columns of the Temple of Artemis and
the huge Forum’s oval colonnade.
The Jerash Archaeological Museum displays artifacts excavated
from the site.
In the afternoon, proceed to Ajloun Castle and get lost in its vaulted passages.
Dating back from the 12th century, Ajloun Castle was a military watch post built to protect the trade routes and repel the Crusaders’ threat.
From the top of the castle, you will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Jordan Valley and the highlands of north Jordan.
Proceed to Umm Qais, an ancient city of the Jordan River and a former cultural center during the
Greco-Roman era.
Visit the site and enjoy one last look upon the Jordan Valley and the Sea of
Galilee before heading to your final point in Amman.
